These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Kitty Circle app and website ("the Service"), owned and operated by Niche Ventures LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Using the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Kitty Circle.
You are responsible for the activity in your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you add (events, messages, photos, notes, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to store and display that content to operate the Service for you and your circle members. You are responsible for the content you share and must have the right to share it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by harassing other members, uploading unlawful or infringing content, attempting to disrupt the Service, or accessing data you are not authorized to access.

Payments

Kitty Circle helps groups track informal kitty contributions and payment status for convenience. The Service does not process, hold, or transfer money, and we are not a party to any payments made between members.

Service availability

The Service is provided "as is" and may change or be unavailable from time to time. We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niche Ventures LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
